نقش والدین ومسئولین مدارس در جهت کاهش مشکلات تربیتی دانش آموزان

بيان مسئله، هدف وفرضيه

از آنجايي كه مدرسه سازماني است كه مسئوليت اصلي تعليم وتربيت فرزندان هر جامعه اي را بر عهده دارد وزندگي در جامعه كنوني بدون تعليم وتربيت عمومي غير ممكن مي باشد وبخصوص اينكه پدران ومادران بدليل مشغله فراوان ويا بدليل اعتمادي كه نسبت به مدارس احساس مي كنند بيشترين مسئوليت را بر دوش مدرسه مي اندازند. لذا مشكلات مدارس در اين امر مهم صد چندان مي شود تا آنجايي كه حتي خانواده ها در بسياري از موارد از فرزندان خود به مدارس شكايت مي برند و از نحوه رفتار فرزندان خود گلايه مي كنند.

ولي آيا انجام اين مسئوليت خطير از مدارس وكاركنان آنها به تنهايي بر مي آيد ويا اينكه بايد چاره اي جست ؟

مشكلات درسي وآموزشي وتربيتي واخلاقي متاسفانه با تمام جديتي كه دست اندر كاران تعليم وتربيت پيش گرفته اند روز بروز بيشتر مي شود. تبليغات ضد فرهنگي كه به عناوين و شكلهاي مختلف خود را جلوه‌گر مي سازند از طرفي «تمايل بشر به اطاعت از نفس اماره وجنبه منفي گرايي وي» ما را هشدار مي دهد اگر چنانچه بي‌تفاوت باشيم بهاي سنگيني را متحمل خواهيم شد كه چه بسا از عهده آن بر نيائيم.

امروز در جهان غرب كه خود را در منجلاب فساد غرق كرده اند فرياد ها بلند است وفساد اخلاقي زندگي آنان را متلاشي نموده است ووقاهت به جايي رسيده است كه مجلس انگلستان ازدواج هم جنس را براي مردان آزاد اعلام كرده است.  رسمي كه حتي در پست ترين حيوانات هم ديده نمي شود روگرداني از روشهاي اصيل انساني و حاكميت بي بند وبار وافسار گسيختگي در كشورهاي مترقي سبب شده است كه روز بروز برتيرگي دلها افزوده شود وآن نور معنوي كه سبب روشنايي دلها و آرامش قلبهاست به كلي از ميان برود واصول وموازيني كه لازمه حيات سالم انساني است زنگار فراموشي بگيرد.

تا آنجايي كه امروزه كمتر انديشمند بصير ومتفكر آگاهي حتي درديار غربت انسانيت يافت مي شود كه از اين انحطاط حاكم به جهان شكوه نكند.

آثار ومراتب سقوط اخلاقي تنها به گسترش ظلم وجنايت قدرتمندان در حق ملتهاي ديگر محدود نمي شود بلكه در داخل مرزهاي همين كشورهاي به ظاهر پيشرفته ، مرگ  ارزشهاي اخلاقي سبب بروز بحرانهاي عظيم معنوي شده وپشت انسان جديد را خم كرده است. انساني كه تا اين حد به انحطاط رفته ارتكاب به زشتيها براي او كار مشكلي نخواهد بود. حضرت امام هادي (ع) مي فرمايند : « مَن هَانَت عليهِ نَفسهُ فَلا تامَن ثمرهُ » كسي كه در نزد خود خوار شود خوار شود ( احساس كرامت وشخصيت اخلاقي نكند ). از شر او ايمن مباش.

لذا مشكلات تربيتي واخلاقي دانش آموزان در مدارس ونيز تبليغاتي كه از طريق كانالهاي تلويزيوني كشورهاي همسايه بعنوان بوقهاي تبليغاتي غرب در جهت اشاعه بي بند وباري وفساد اخلاقي صورت مي گيرد. وبعلاوه وارد كردن فيلمهاي ويديوئي وعكسهاي مبتذل كه بطور وسيعي فكر كودكان ونوجوانان را مغشوش كرده وافكار ناصحيح را به آنها القا  مي كند ما را بر آن داشت كه راهي را جويا شويم كه بتوانيم حداقل از وسعت اين مشكلات بكاهيم.

هدف ازاين تحقيق اين است كه با همكاري واليدن بتوانيم در مدارس محيطي سالم واسلامي را بوجود آوريم وبا شناخت بيشتر دانش آموزان وايجاد هماهنگي بين خانه ومدرسه در جهت رفع مشكلات آنان بكوشيم.

مقدمه :

پژوهش وكنجكاوي از تمايلات طبيعي بشر است وميل به شناخت وارضاء آن حس موجب دست يافتن به مجهولات زيادي شده است. لذا پيشرفتهاي چشمگيري دركليه زمينه هاي علمي فعلي حاصل اين حس سيري ناپذير كساني است كه زندگي خود را وقف جامعه بشري كرده ومي كند. توسعه وپيشرفت كشورهاي غربي حاصل ميزان اهميتي است كه اين كشورها به تحقيق وپژوهش قائل هستند. در اين ديار روح علمي همان شناختن ودر يافتن عميق روشها وشيوه هايي بوده است كه بشر براي پيش بردن علم بكار بسته است. اين امر نه تنها از ناداني وسرگردانيهاي آنها كاسته بلكه موجب شده است كه در برآورد حوادث دقيق تر و مسئدل‌تر ودر انجام امور مجهز تر ودر يافتن مواد جديد با كيفيت بهتر موفق‌تر باشند. واما نقص عمده در كشورهاي نو‌خاسته ، بي خبري از شيوه هاي شناختن ودانستن است. توجه سطحي به مسائل وبرداشت عاميانه از آنها بدون آشنايي به مباني علمي راههاي صحيح ، در اين كشورها موجب ضلالت وگمراهي شده است. واين كشورها را در دور وتسلسل ناداني گرفتار نموده است.

تحقيق حاضر بدين علت صورت گرفته است تا يكي از مشكلات عمده مدارس را كه همچنان حل ناشده باقي مانده است بررسي نموده ودر صورت امكان روزنه اي را در راه گشايش آن پيدا نمايد. عنوان اين پژوهش عبارتست از : « بررسي نظر مديران مدارس شهر كرج «ناحيه 3» در مورد ميزان همكاري والدين با مدارس در حل مشكلات تربيتي يا اخلاقي دانش آموزان » . وهمانطور كه از عنوان اين تحقيق استنباط مي شود درصدد آنيم كه علاوه بر انجام يك تكليف دانشگاهي حداقل در دوران خدمت خود در نهاد مقدس آموزش وپرورش از نتايج آن در چگونگي راه حل مشكلات دانش‌آموزان سود جسته ودرنتيجه آنچنانكه شايسته فرزندان اين مرزوبوم باشد اداء وظيفه نمائيم زيرا جامعه كنوني ما بدليل خصومتهاي غربي ونادانيهاي عده زيادي از مسلمانان در خارج وداخل كشور ونيز مشكلات اقتصادي دچار مسائل ومشكلات زيادي از جنبه هاي تربيتي واخلاقي شده است. كه اگر بزدوي در اين مورد راه چاره اي را نجوئيم متحمل بهاي گزافي خواهيم شد.

وهمانطور كه مي دانيم مدرسه به عنوان سازماني كه مسئوليت تربيت فرزندان جامعه را بر عهده دارد بايد با روشنگري وروشن بيني علل وراههاي حل مشكلات را شناسايي وبا انها به نحو تخصصي برخورد نمايد. پس قبل از هر چيز عنايت كارگزاران ومسئولين آموزش وپرورش ونيز دولت جمهوري اسلامي ايران را در جهت تامين هزينه هاي اين تحقيقات طلب مي كند. زيرا مبارزه دشمن همانطور كه رهبر معظم انقلاب فرمودند مبارزه فرهنگي است. اگر ما در جنگ تحميلي در مصرف سرمايه هاي كشور جهت حفظ كيان اسلام خود هيچ دريغي نداشتيم چرا امروز در شبيخون فرهنگي كه از جنگ رو در رو بسيار خطرناكتر است از خرج كمترين سرمايه ها مضيقه كنيم؟ چرا ادارات آموزش وپرورش ما هيچگونه تحقيقي را در راه شناسايي مشكلات دانش آموزان انجام نداده است؟ چرا مسئولين تعليم وتربيت هنوز نتوانسته‌اند همكاري جدي والدين را دررفع مشكلات تربيتي واخلاقي دانش آموزان ومدرسه جلب نمايند.

به نظر حقير بزرگترين مانع در اين راه اين است كه جامعه ما به نتايج آني وكوتاه مدت سرمايه گذاريها توجه دارد وهنوز پي به ارزش واهميت سرمايه گذاري در آموزش وپرورش كه ريشه اي و اساسي است نبوده است . چنانكه كمينيوس يكي از بزرگان تعليم و تربيت مورد سرمايه گذاري در آموزش و پرورش مي گويد : اگر قرار باشد يك سكه طلا براي شهر سازي ، تأسيسات نظامي، تهيه اسلحه ، مهمات وغيره خرج شود چرا نبايد صد سكه براي آموزش وپرورش اطفال هزينه گردد.

دراين پژوهش تاثير همكاري والدين ونيز تاثير كلاسهاي آموزش خانواده در ميزان همكاري آنان با مدارس موردنظر است و بررسي بيشتر در موردلزوم تشكيل كلاسهاي آموزش خانواده وآشنا نمودن والدين به شيوه هاي تربيت فرزندان ودر نتيجه ايجاد هماهنگي بيشتر بين دو نهاد خانواده ومدرسه مي باشد.

در تحقيقاتيكه به عناوين مختلف در رابطه با ايجاد اعتماد به نفس در كودكاني كه والدين آنان بيشتر با مؤسسات آموزش وپرورش در تماس بوده اند. وميزان موفقيت آنان حتي در كودكاني كه از نظر هوشي ضعيف بوده اند وتحقيقات بزرگاني چون فروبل واينكه كودك در يك محيط غني وسرشار مي تواند علايق خود را از طريق تجربه آموزي وفعاليت شخصي رشد دهد. مشوقي بود كه ما را به اين تحقيق وا داشت.
