چکیده
فساد اداری پدیده‌ای است که در تمام ادوار تاریخ گریبان‌گیر همه دستگاه‌ها و سازمان‌ها بوده است. فساد عارضه‌ای است که الگو‌سازی آن از دیدگاه نظری پیچیده، گردآوری و دسترسی به داده‌ها از دیدگاه تجربی دشوار، و مبارزه با آن از دیدگاه سیاسی حساسیت برانگیز است. هدف اصلی این تحقیق بررسی نگرش به فساد اداری و عوامل اقتصادی اجتماعی مرتبط با آن در شهر یاسوج بوده است، تحقیق حاضر یک مطالعه کاربردی از نوع پیمایشی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل کلیه کارکنان(18091) و مراجعین به ادارات شهر یاسوج حدود (9000) نفر در سال 1393بودهاند. حجم نمونه تحقیق 400 نفر،که در برآورد حجم نمونه از جدول لین (1976) استفاده شده است. روش نمونه‌گیری به صورت تصادفی سیستماتیک از نوع طبقه ای چند مرحله‌ای، و برای نمایش یافته‌ها از آزمون t مستقل، آزمون آنوا، آزمون پیرسون و رگرسیون چند متغیره استفاده شده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که متغیرهای وضعیت امکانات، درآمد، پایگاه اقتصادی اجتماعی، سن، سطح تحصیلات و استفاده از رسانه‌های جمعی رابطه معناداری با نگرش نسبت به فساداداری دارند ولی تنها تأثیر متغیر جنسیت در این تحقیق تأیید نشده است. نتیجه ی تحلیل رگرسیون چند متغیره نشان داد که پایگاه اقتصادی اجتماعی، (7/18) درصد از میزان واریانس متغیر وابسته را تبیین نموده است. نتیجه نهایی این که اغلب عوامل اقتصادی و اجتماعی در نگرش نسبت به فساد اداری نقش دارند.
