چکیده :

امروزه سازمان ها در دنیایی به سر می برند که پویایی،تغییر و پیچیدگی جزء عناصر اصلی آن است و برای بهره وری از فرصت های زودگذر عصر حاضر ناچار به ایجاد ساختار منعطف و بهره مندی از امکانات بیرون از سازمان هستند .در این راستا دیدگاه غالب در مدیریت ،کاهش فعالیت های دولتی و حرکت به سمت کوچک سازی، مهندسی مجدد، واگذاری و خصوصی سازی می باشد. واگذاری به عنوان یکی از ابزارهای توسعه و بهبود عملکرد سازمان ها در سنوات اخیر مورد توجه مدیران ومسئولان سازمان ها قرارگرفته و به صورت های مختلف به اجرا درآمده است. این پژوهش به بررسی تأثیر استراتژی واگذاری بر عملکرد شهرداری شوشتر می پردازد. در این تحقیق تأثیر واگذاری در سه سطح کل، وظیفه (پروژه) و واحدهای شرکت، بر مؤلفه های عملکرد ،شامل اثربخشی،کارآیی،کیفیت و کمیت مورد بررسی قرار می گیرد. جامعه آماری تحقیق ، شامل تمامی مدیران، کارکنان و افراد مراجعه کننده به شهرداری بوده است که به شیوه تصادفی انتخاب شدند .روش این تحقیق از نوع توصیفی و از نظر زمانی پیمایشی و به جهت استفاده از نتایج تحقیق در شهرداری، کاربردی می باشد. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه است. جهت آزمون روایی سوالات ، از اعتبار محتوایی و برای پایایی سوالات از روش آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شده است. یافته های این پژوهش نشان می دهد که استراتژی واگذاری در بر عملکرد شهرداری و تمامی مؤلفه های آن تأثیر مثبت دارد.
