چکیده

کامپوزیتهای چوب پلاستیک (WPC) فوم شده یکی از پر کاربردترین محصولات در صنایع امروز به شمار میآیند. در این پژوهش کامپوزیت فوم شده پلی پروپیلن در حضور بایوفیلرهای متفاوت نظیر چوب صنوبر، ساقه گندم و پوسته برنج و همچنین 3 نوع عامل چقرمه کننده متفاوت پلی الفین الاستومر (POE)، استایرن بوتادین استایرن (SBS)و استایرن اتیلن بوتیلن استایرن (SEBS) در حضور دونوع عامل پفزای آزودی کربن آمید (AZ) و سدیم بی کربنات (SB) تهیه شد. جهت بهبود فرآیند اختلاط بایوفیلر ها در ماتریس پلیمری از عامل جفت کننده پروپیلن گرافت خورده با مالئیک انیدرید استفاده گردید. با توجه به زیاد بودن تعداد متغیرها از آنالیز آماری پاسخ سطح برای تجزیه تحلیل نتایج بدست آمده از آزمون ضربه، مدول کششی و استحکام کششی و همچنین مدل سازی آنها استفاده شد.

کامپوزیتها به روش اختلاط مذاب در اکسترودر دوپیچه همسوگرد تهیه شده و سپس برای انجام تستهای مکانیکی با استفاده از دستگاه تزریق پلاستیک نمونهها قالب گیری شدند.

عکسهای بدست آمده از میکروسکوپ الکترونی ساختار سلولی ساندویچی را در کامپوزیتها به خوبی نشان میدهد.
