چکیده :
هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه سرمایه روانشناختی با فرهنگ سازمانی و جو سازمانی بود. آزمودنیهای پژوهش شامل معلمان مدارس مقطع ابتدایی شهر پاکدشت به تعداد 260 نفر در سال 1394 می باشد. نمونه پژوهش نیز تعداد 152 نفر از معلمان با توجه به جدول مورگان انتخاب شد به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده. ابزار مورد استفاده در پژوهش حاضر پرسشنامه سرمایه روانشناختی لوتانز(PCQ) ( 2007)، پرسشنامه جو سازمانی هالپین و کرافت (HCOCQ) (1963) و پرسشنامه فرهنگ سازمانی رابینز(1999) بود. روش تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها جهت تحلیل فرضیه های پژوهش نیز از طریق ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون بود. نتایج پژوهش نشان دادند که بین سرمایه روانشناختی با فرهنگ سازمانی رابطه معنی داری وجود دارد (p<0.001)، همچنین بین سرمایه روانشناختی با جو سازمانی رابطه معنی داری وجود دارد(p<0.001). فرهنگ سازمانی از طریق سرمایه روانشناختی قابل پیش بینی است (p<0.001)و همچنین جو سازمانی از طریق سرمایه روانشناختی قابل پیش بینی است (p<0.001) .
